It turned out, they can do it for more than double price of the originality quoted price. Since it was urgent certainly agreed. Probably this is the trick. When I turned up, they knew nothing  of my booking. Had to rearrange things that was meant to be completed on the same day. However, it wasn't done. Next day towards the end of their shift I could only collected it. On the following day my car failed an MOT with a very unusual issue that wasn't expected so extra had to be paid.
